I’m just going to be straight up honest, I’ve not done any exercise or watched my diet for going on 4-5 weeks now and I feel terrible. My whole progress has reversed and I’m back at square 1. Now comes the time where I start again and with a bit of head strong thinking stick to it this time.
It all started when I got a mouth infection, lost my gym buddy to his money issues, and just general laziness on my part. Yeah I said I was going to be honest. Now, when I said I feel terrible I didn’t just mean about not going to the gym, I meant in myself, the shitty food I’ve been eating has made me put weight back on, brought my mood considerably down and made me feel altogether sluggish and lethargic, it’s not nice..
So, what I have been doing lately is watching some of my favourite fitness YouTube channels again, getting my gym membership sorted again and getting my head wrapped around the idea of changing my life and lifestyle again.
